Learn Healthy Cooking with VNA Nutritionist Deepa

Marie's Kitchen - Virtual Cooking Classes

Live cooking demonstrations, easy to follow recipes using affordable and easily accessible ingredients.

Simple, nourishing recipes designed for Seniors, Veterans, and families to help reduce chronic health conditions such as diabetes, keep a healthy heart, and reduce stress.  All recipes are based on proper nutrition to keep our community healthy and strong.

Marie Wilkinson Food Pantry in collaboration with VNA Health Care has launched Marie’s Kitchen – a virtual cooking series.  Classes are presented by VNA Clinical Dietitian and Advanced Diabetes Educator, Deepa Deshmukh, MPH, RD, CDE, BC-ADM.
